We are a team of highly qualified educators with extensive experience in early childhood. Most importantly, our passion for early childhood means we are big advocates for children and the value of early childhood. We come from diverse cultural backgrounds and together form one big, talented, and fun team of educators.

Centre Manager

Hi everyone! My name is Bree and I am the Centre Manager here at Kenmore Hills Early Learning.

I have worked and run an OSHC with primary school aged children since 2018 and then made the decision to change to early childhood education and care for a new challenge.

As the new Centre Manager, I hope to foster an environment where all children can learn and grow whilst building deep and meaningful connections with each other, nature and our wonderful educators.

I am excited to start developing relationships with each and everyone of the amazing families, children and staff at Kenmore Hills Early Learning Centre.

Hello Kenmore families!

My name is Emily!
I am the Assistant Centre Manager here at Kenmore Hills Early Learning.

I wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I have been working in Early Childhood Education for almost 10 years and have recently completed a Bachelor of Music, which I would love to embed within the centre. Music provides children with the opportunities to increase confidence, self-expression, help develop neural pathways and assist with anxiety.

My passion in life is to help nurture and guide children through their early years, so that they have the foundations to grow into the best versions of themselves. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for not only the children, but for families and educators as well.

Karen Leetch

Hello to all the Kenmore Hills families.

My name is Karen, and I am the newly appointed Educational Leader. I bring with me 30 years of experience within the childcare sector doing various roles. My goal is to ensure that the educational program and practice is stimulating and engaging while supporting the staff in enhancing each child’s learning and development.

I am originally from Ireland but have lived in Melbourne for 15 years before moving to Brisbane last year. I am also married and a mum of four – two humans and two fur babies!

Katy Kilgour

Hi Kenmore families,

I’m Katy, one of the educational leaders here at Kenmore Hills Early Learning. I also currently run the Kindergarten program. I am a mother of 2 boys and 2 cats. I have 8 years of practical experience working with children. I currently hold a diploma in education support and am actively studying my bachelor in early childhood education.

I believe in an inclusive environment with collaborative partnerships with families and the community. I aim to provide a fun loving environment for all children at the centre, offering them opportunities for play based learning. I look forward to our many adventures ahead.
